Think that's the difference between us previously and now, we had the former but not the latter.

Yeah he's an 8. Watched a thing a while back when Carsley was England manager exploring why we struggled so much towards the end with Southgate as neither Rice nor Mainoo were effective 6s.

Him and Dewsbury-Hall are definitely brilliant characters to have in the team. You can see why Moyes loves them and the fans have also fallen in love

Is he what we need?

Obviously another good ball player is great but not convinced him and Gana gives us enough defensive protection.
