Re: Scottish Football

Think it's more likely he knows he fluked the title the last time and there's too much for him to do to try and turn things around. Re: 25/26 International Blues II

We’re basically paying him, training him and rehabing him just so he can play for Ireland. No doubt they’ll thrash him for 90mins and send him back for another few months of repairs before the same again

Re: Scottish Football

Gerrard's turned down Rangers apparently. They'll end up going for McInnes at Hearts then moan that they're watching hoofball all the time. Because they’re shit and he knows he can’t improve them with his limited managerial abilities. If they were in a title fight he’d be up for taking them over ag...

Re: Thierno Barry

I agree. But my worry is how we handle that development. He should be getting more and more minutes at the end imo, building him up. Being hooked at half time does not seem conducive to building confidence or experience. Give him tired, stretched defenders to start with and grow him into it. Also t...

toffee_scot wrote: Wed Oct 08, 2025 8:51 am Genuine question, has Jordan Henderson played brilliantly for Brentford this season?

I’ve not followed closely but see Brentford are 16th in the table so not sure what impact he’s had to merit a call up to the England squad.
That’ll be Captain Henderson thanks

Not sure any PL clubs will be in for him, and European clubs won’t pay what we’ll be asking

Pickford

O'Brien Tarkowski Keane

Garner Gana KDH Aznou

Ndiaye Barry Grealish
Difference is Palace have a load of pace to make it work and a striker who can hold it up

We don’t have any of that

Re: Jack Grealish

He’s going to get fed up real fast

Spends half the time trying to tell everyone where to move to and how to pass, just for them to ignore him
