I think Toney will move because he will want to be in the world cup squad. Good player, but he will need to drop wages and I am not sure Moyes will want a third striker unless Beto moves in January. Both are possible. He won’t be making the World Cup squad regardless as his off field antics are not...

Re: Jake O'Brien

Patto was back on the bench and part of the squad on Tuesday, so I can imagine starting him to move JG back to midfield for 433.

I am thinking the same. That's why he was back on the bench and didnt play with the kids this week.
Keeps him fresh for Saturday.

oh I agree...was just thinking about saturday.
JOB should never play RB again.

Re: Thierno Barry

I am just not sure what he's bringing to the table in terms of skillset.

With Beto, you can see he needs balls down the side which we saw at the back end of last season

But what do you play with Barry up top?

Re: Beto

We need to start playing to his strengths instead of launching the ball up to his head when there's 2 defenders on him.
last season he was scoring goals from that clever run off of them...our tactics need to be smarter.

that's on Moyes.
