Great isn't he.

Absolutely delighted he's signed a new contract.

Have to admit I was a bit hasty with my comments when he picked up that crucial red.

Brilliant today, so good in defence and started the move for the goal.

He's (going to be) a top CB. It's a shame we wasted the early season on Michael Keane but going well now.

Rare breed. Big powerful left footed CB. Great in the air, got plenty of pace, calm distribution and able to step ahead of a striker, nick the ball and maintain possession.

Genuinely think he's set for the big time. Delighted about the new contract.

Destined for big things isn't he?

Absolutely unflappable, quick, strong, great in the air, good on the ball.

Got the lot and will be at one of the absolute biggest clubs before long, so I'll enjoy him while he's here.

So composed, looks almost unflappable. The polar opposite of Keane.

Got a bargain with him. Definitely our best player by far.

Pickford, Branthwaite, Onana, Garner and DCL is a well aged, solid spine of a team that shouldn't be near any relegation worries.

It's a shame there's such a lack of depth underneath nearly every one of them.

He is going to be a monster. I cant really write enough good things about him.

It’s not just the physical attributes such as his height and pace that are impressive, or his technical attributes like his tackling and passing. It’s his mental side of the game that is incredible for his age. He is just unflappable, calm but also aggressive enough to ply his trade in the premier league with ease.

He will make mistakes throughout his time here, but the more he produces performances like today, the more likely he will be prime for a big money move elsewhere.
