Re: Summer Transfer Window 2026
Checks out I think. Colder in Boston than continental Europe at the moment

Can you do me a favour and actually give me one of the reasons?Raptor wrote: ↑Sat Jun 27, 2026 11:46 am 100%, as good as he's been, he does have significant flaws. Don't forget, the reason he's with us is cause none of the bigger clubs rate him - there are reasons for that.
He'd be one of the last on the list too ship off, but yeah, if the price was right I'd have no problem in him going
Preferably with an example within the last 5 years

I mean, he’s a Top 6 keeper, with a mid to lower table squad around him, and a mid to lower table manager, we’re very fortunate to have him reallyRaptor wrote: ↑Sat Jun 27, 2026 11:46 am 100%, as good as he's been, he does have significant flaws. Re: Summer Transfer Window 2026
Sure. The circa 16 odd goals we conceded from corners this season cause he's generally rooted to his line, or trying to tussle with the opposition. It's not new, every team knows his weaknesses, he's one of the worst in the league commanding his area, he's amazing in lots of other areas, but this is a big flaw for lots of teams, and something the opposition regularly target, for a reason
Re: Summer Transfer Window 2026
For sure, I wasnt saying I don't appreciate him, just saying everyone has a price. But it's not like he's the Messi of keepers, he's just a very good keeper that has flaws that have prevented him moving to better teams. I haven't looked this up, but I bet you there isn't another international keeper, with as many caps as him, that hasn't played in the Champions league, which is relevant as it's largely regarded as being the pinnacle for players, so if that opportunity was there I'm sure he would've taken it, and a lot of teams around these positions have changed keepers a lot over the last 10 yearssam of the south wrote: ↑Sat Jun 27, 2026 11:59 pm I mean, he’s a Top 6 keeper, with a mid to lower table squad around him, and a mid to lower table manager, we’re very fortunate to have him really

If the first signing of the summer isn’t a right back heads will fall off and rightly so.
