A very Everton end to a season that offered so much a few weeks ago.
Was just looking at the table and could easily see us finishing 13th which while an improvement on recent times would be a really disappointing end to the season. I’m not saying it would have turned out different but I’ve been disappointed Moyes hasn’t tried changing things around a bit this last few weeks. It feels every game has been same old same old

I suppose a poor end to the season leaving us 13th is still a lot better than scrambling desperately from Jan onwards to try and achieve a similar points total.

Feels a lot like that season when we had Carlo in charge. Just fizzle & fading away…

Still too early to say the season is done for us.

7 points could still be enough for a Conference League place.

Would probably have to be the last 3 games.

Never know, might spawn a point tomorrow but can't see it.

If Chelsea fail to beat Forest or we get a point against City then it's still on.

Can't see it if neither of those happen though.

The last 5 mins of that derby killed us. Brainthwaite leaving on a stretcher followed by there winner.

Season defining few minutes that.

It's been a good season, just want us to beat Sunderland so we can have a happy final day in the sun. Have a drink around the new bars that have popped up and enjoy the new stadium.

Regardless of feeling a bit let down, it's been a remarkable improvement of a season

It's only a point but it's a result that keeps us in the mix tonight

Don’t think we’ll catch Brighton or Bournemouth now

Outside chance of catching Brentford

Should finish above Chelsea mind :snigger:

Still got an excellent chance. If we can beat Palace away and Sunderland at home, it'll be in our hands to get some sort of Europe on the last day.

Chelsea's form...insane LLLLLL now.

I'll be honest, I kinda thought we had to win tonight to get Europe, but disappointment aside for a second I guess we are of course still in the mix. It's starting to be that we're going to need some favours from other teams though plus I think we have to win our last 3 probably as you look at say Brighton have Wolves next and Bournemouth have Fulham so chances are we're going to have to win to stay in the mix.

Are you working on the assumption 7th is Europe or 8th?
