How much less do the really think we can get him for and is it worth having this drag on and potentially losing a player we rate?
They did they all last summer and it turned into a mess.
Already getting that sense of Déjà vu from last summers transfer dealings
I really hope the transfer preparations are better organised then I am picturing them being
We aren’t gonna get a right back are we?!
If Moyes likes George and is willing to start him regularly then this deal makes sense given his age and his skill set
It kinda plays into the idea we've a pretty tight budget. Possibly the 50 mil mentioned. Even a few million could seem like it'd be a big deal if we're trying to get a handful of players in.
I think I’m in the minority here but I don’t think we should be buying George, he’s not ready to be a consistant PL starter which is what we need from a winger we’re gonna pay twenty mil plus for.
We’ve already got Dibling as our youngster getting bench minutes, we can’t afford to be having sixty million of wingers on the bench

It’s all dependent on our budget, but I’ll be disappointed if we end the summer with George, Grealish, Dibling and Ndiaye as our four wide options
Nothing wrong with those four if we get two attacking fullbacks, improves us so much.

Really?
Big question marks over how Grealish comes back from injury for me - and Dibling/George are all potential but haven't actually shown much at PL level yet.
I'd be very worried with Ndiaye being the only one you know you can rely on to perform for the season
We need to play Dibling this season, so we're covered for the right side with him and Ndaiye.
Grealish and George for the left, and again, if buying George he needs to play so ideally we'd be looking at a lot more rotation and minutes off the bench for Dibling and George.
There's very little point spending big on a winger when we have two first choices already (presuming Grealish comes back). So having young players who can come in and out when required is perfect.
Obvious caveat is that Moyes needs to actually use them and not just flog Ndaiye and Grealish for 90 mins week in week out.

I think that’s a really good group of wingers isn’t it?

Can’t ever recall us having better options.
You’re right in saying that however I have a horrible feeling Maresco is going to keep Grealish and reports today that he is also interested in Ndiaye.

Ndiaye wouldn't get near Citys starting 11. If they are in for him bully for us as we can squeeze a bit more moolah out of them.
Don’t know why some people can’t see that George is the most exciting player in the squad. Runs at people, goes past defenders and has a hammer of a shot when he comes inside.
