Yet here we are, appealing the first conviction, what happens then?
Where's this from?

Still amazed that one dodgy year can see a team, any team, punished for three years consecutively.

Don’t get me started on having 115 misdemeanours and fucking nothing happens

It's not concrete, we'll obviously hear fully on Monday, but I just can't see anything other than the bastards stiffing us again. It's ingrained in me to expect the worst now, hopefully not.

So, if they fuck us again tomorrow (and Forest) the table would look like:

Luton 16 pts
Burnley 12 pts
Nottingham Forest 10 pts
Sheffield Utd 9 pts
Everton 7 pts

Forest have been playing well under Nuno, so I'd still say we'd be in the business of trying to make up the ground on Luton who'd be 9 pts ahead of us. Mind you, that's assuming a 10 pt penalty but it could be less of more given the corrupt lot in charge wanted us to get 12 last time.

Do we actually find out tomorrow the actual punishment or do we just find out whether or not we are guilty.

I assumed it was, unless it's them sending us to another panel to apply the punishment.

All clubs had to submit their accounts for 2022/23 by 31st December (rather than by March as they had previously), with any breaches and subsequent charges to be confirmed 14 days later. That's where 15th January has come from, and it applies to all PL teams.

Any club that is charged will then have a two-week period to respond.

Ridiculous.

Where do you even start with this nonsense?

Twice in the same season for what is basically the same rolling period?

20 pts? Insane.
