Re: Jarrad Branthwaite

One way to derail our season by selling him.
An appreciating asset.

Unless 777 want their 100m sharpish, or other things need paying, I think he stays.

Re: Next five matches

Surely the points will fall for us against Fulham, we've been better than them twice, but I guess this will be away, and with their striker back.
So, yes, 3 points incoming.

Yes, Danjumas best potential position in this team.
Harrison just ahead for me though.

Re: Amadou Onana

He's getting ripped on the radio, by the commentators let alone talk back. And true if he's nervous or knows he doesn't take a good pen, then that's fine, but no way that's what you attempt. Absolute lack of professionalism. Dyche has a hard conversation to make. The rest of the team do the right th...

Re: Dwight McNeil

In a back 5 he didn't seem that restrained positionally against Burnley, he was one of the more advanced players at least notionally at LWB.

They might too, but wouldn't the investors/venture capitalists still need to be explained to?

£100m still isn't chump change.

Re: Amadou Onana

Not sure if it’s solely Dyche working with him, but seems his heading is getting a lot better. Was a very good finish on Saturday and not scared to put himself in the way of danger Was going to say the same. Big improvement over his time here so far. Hope it continues to Tarky's level, as he could ...

Dwight McNeil dribbling the ball at speed, down the wing, is a thing of beauty.

Just one less title to be stripped from them in a few years time.

Re: Dyche

He wouldn't ever refuse it. He's very keen to demonstrate that he's better than the perception of him in the media. Also, he's been very understated in the way he's talked about the deduction in quite a mature way, I would suggest. And the perception of more than half the fan base too, to be fair. ...

Surely forums are a mix of 80% speculation, 10% match thread reaction, and 10% banter?

It's not as if we're well-informed about anything that goes on, is it?

Not my speciality either but couldn't the clause be binding (if it exists) if it were to state something along the lines of: a) for the term of the contract, if Everton play Dele in x# of games, then Everton are liable to pay Spurs £x b) and if Everton at any point re-sign Dele, (after this initial ...

Re: Today's Football 2023-24

I thought he didn't do mid-season take overs? Sorry, no, I mean that Bielsa got sacked at Leeds and the fans still adored him and many wanted to keep him, despite bad results. Usually the fans and board are mostly aligned when it comes to managerial sackings. Or maybe Cooper has more credit in the ...
