Re: Manager Merry-Go-Round
Yeah quite happy that they're going after Slot tbh, I don't know a great deal about him but it does seem like an underwhelming appointment. Although I thought the same about Postecoglu at Spurs and he's proved me wrong, not convinced they won't be found out next season though.

Re: Dyche
Should have been gone months ago, he's been very lucky that we've seemingly got no one making decisions. Make no mistake, if we don't go down this season it will 100% be next with this clown in charge.

Re: Today's Football 2023-24
Quality has been piss poor in this game, expected a lot more from City. Arsenal obviously terrified to lose as to be expected.

Re: Financial Fairplay Investigation - 4 Points Back
This is total bullshit that Forest have got a smaller deduction than we have yet are further over the limit. I'd be getting a lawyer to look into this immediately.

Fucking love seeing Klopp's face after everyone has been peddling the quadruple! Melts.

Re: Relegation
Can they? When did this happen for more than a one off game in the last 3 seasons?? When Lampard had us knocking it around with ease and bossing teams left right and centre? Rafa’s super sexy pragmatic approach? You're happy with what's being served up currently? Nothing wrong with wanting to see a...

Re: Relegation
They can certainly play better than the shite being served up.Cereal Killer wrote: ↑Tue Feb 20, 2024 12:19 pm Let’s get a manager in who loves to play slick, passing football!
And pretend that none of our players can actually manage that style as we get battered 5-0 every game

Re: Financial Fairplay Investigation - Charged again
You'd hope so wouldn't you, season's over in 3 months. Really need this outcome this week to see what we're working with. Saying that, with the potential second charge then who knows what's going to happen. They've only got 3 months in which to sort that out as well.

Re: Relegation
You keep saying this but there's no substance to what you're saying, "I'd take anyone at the moment" is just a nonsense argument, and who on earth is coming to us under the circumstances? Who do want Rooney, Beale, get Duncan and Unsworth back, maybe we could get Lampard in until the end ...

Re: Relegation
We would be 12th and ten points clear of the bottom three without the deduction. Do you believe that’s somehow underachieving with this squad and the state the club is in? No, I totally appreciate that Dyche has his hands tied and the club is a complete basket case. Anyone is going to struggle in t...

Re: Relegation
Absolutely ludicrous to even think about sacking dyche. He’s the reason we aren’t already down. He’s doing an incredible job. I'd take the risk of the new manager bounce and hopefully get a couple of wins from that. Yeah it may backfire but I don't see where we are getting 6 points from under Dyche...

Re: Relegation
I think this is the season it happens if points deductions don't go in our favour. The squad looks devoid of confidence to me. We have no idea how to play on the front foot and unless Dyche has some outrageous ephiany that you need to attack to win games, especially with football as it is now, it is...

Re: Dyche
Don't agree with sacking but he's nothing special as a manager. He's horrible in terms of the attacking side of the game. Went to the cup match against Luton and except for one last time to take in Goodison next season then I doubt I'll go again whilst he's here. Don't see how we get out of relegat...
