Given Friedkin has lent us money now though it's not in their interests for us to go into admin as they'd potentially lose that. But A-Cap know this, so the threat of admin to them is weakened as Friedkin won't want to let that happen, so aren't selling their debt cheap?

Still clinging onto hopes that its just posturing from Friedkin to get Moshiri to reduce his price, but I doubt it.

Don't think there's a limit on overseas loans? Just the domestic capped at two.
