Re: Arsenal v Everton
Isn't it lovely to be thinking about who we want to win the league to piss kopites off the most, instead of arguing with ourselves over if getting relegated is the best thing for us hahaha Up the safe bitter blues [emoji170] Love that, ‘Up the safe bitter blues’. I’ll be quoting that one tomorrow t...

Re: New Kit
Doesn’t look great, that kit.
Not the right shade of blue even if you took away the pinstripe. Badge looks too small as well. Bit too much going on for the home kit for my liking. Hopefully it’s a blag.

Re: Dyche
I understand why he has split opinions but safety with 3 games to spare after an 8 point deduction is a fantastic result and credit has to go to Dyche. I’m firmly in the let him get us to BMD and steady the ship to bring us to a point where we can set realistic goals and build from there with a more...

Re: Ashley "not so" Young
Just play Jim Garner there for the rest of the season and be done with it.
He's not good enough to play in the middle and is more mobile than either Young or Coleman.

Re: Andre Gomes
I wouldn’t go as far as to say that I am a convert but fair dues to this lad. He has stepped in when needed with a few decent cameos. He showed for the ball off the back 4 and was a steadying presence yesterday and released some pressure when Forest were building up a bit of a head of steam. I won’t...

Amazing ending. And I thought our game management was bad.

Really surprised that Poch hasn’t managed to put some shape on this bunch of misfits.

Re: Today's Football 2023-24
Sheffield good start undone by a goalkeeping howler. Typical red shite good luck as well. Block could have gone anywhere but bounces nicely into the middle of the goal. Cnuts.

Re: Amadou Onana
He did win a few headers come to think of it.Bluedylan1 wrote: It's probably because he's getting loads of heading practice at Everton, and not much football.
He also was comfortable picking it up off the keeper and playing it out on the deck….perish the thought.

Re: Amadou Onana
Came on as a sub in Dublin this evening and played centre back. Interesting that Tedesco sees him as a footballing centre back.

This shower do not appear to be what you would consider to be fit and proper owners of a stall at car boot sale never mind a premier league football club. Ponzi schemers.

Re: Dominic Calvert-Lewin
He has looked low on confidence but the service to him has been atrocious. Our crossing in the final third is overhit time and time again. I feel for him. He’s streets ahead of anything else we have though. I would like to see him tried just ahead of Chermiti in a two. The handful of minutes that Do...

Bit to go yet but Arsenal are not exactly scintillating tonight. Decent Porto side.
