Re: Amadou Onana
If I were to try to simplify the problem as much as possible, I would describe him as lacking intensity, and add that he sometimes drifts through games in both a defensive and offensive capacity. As others have said, his languid style combined with these things sometimes gives the impression he does...

Re: Amadou Onana
He's older then... But that's exactly what I'm saying. People treat Onana like he's been playing for years and should be dominating matches whilst Garner is treated with kids' gloves. This place is the only place on the internet that gives Garner any real criticism. I have seen garner get...

Re: Dyche
I'm feeling a bit more optimistic about next season. Losing Onana really won't impact us as he's not contributed this season. I'll be gutted when Branthwaite leaves but I think Dyche is amongst the best managers to coach a replacement. The other players definitely leaving, I don't think, have been ...

Re: Dyche
I've just posted that on the General Football Forum, weird the praise De Zerbi gets compared to the criticism Dyche gets yet they've only got three more points than we'd have despite our bad run. I think if we were able to shuffle our wins and losses so that we didn't have the giant gap with no win...

Re: Jack Harrison
Did his form dip when the team's did?
I feel like we can't rely on him to pull the team up when we're playing poorly, but when we play well we see a better side of him, even if playing well means we're camped in our own half.

Re: Ashley "not so" Young
I mentioned that in the matchday thread. Young is an absolute abomination, a disaster waiting to happen He did alright when the player was in front of him and receiving the ball to feet, he kept their winger under control in those situations. He was shocking the minute the ball was put in behind, h...

Re: Dyche
What about dyche is he earning his huge wages on more than Onana How is that relevant? Onana is being touted as a top talent and is earning a wedge and should be playing better. What Dyche does or doesn't do, or what he gets paid doesn't have any connection to Onana giving up and going on holiday.

Re: James Garner
I could try and argue a case for McNeill, but trying to debate the pros and cons to determine the 'least worst' signing of the last 3 years just isn't worth it. Not sure where exactly Thelwell started, but this is who we've signed since the summer of Allan, James and Doucoure. Joshua King Robin Ols...

Re: David Moyes
No that we are going nowhere under dyche playing shit football and completely alienating the fans you don’t need to be such a condescending prick about everything And you don't have to fill every thread with the same 4 points on repeat, full of passive aggressive whiney comments and snide little di...

Re: Andre Gomes
Yeah, I just fundamentally disagree. I think he's levels above anything else we've got in his position, and we totally waste him by playing retrograde football that belongs in a different era. He's definitely got a higher ceiling than the rest of our midfield, and he shows flashes of that for us an...

This describes our management, coaching and playing staff too.777Kidnappings wrote: ↑Mon Apr 01, 2024 12:08 pm Totally agree. We've paid top money over and over for substandard people. Can't see her ever finding her way to another club though. Others aren't as daft as us

Re: Financial Fairplay Investigation - 4 Points Back
Because the sale of Gordon was the only major one that impacted these books. Simms, Cannon, iwobi, Kean and Gray will be reflected in next year's. Not that I'm attempting to excuse the £89m loss, but there you go. Ah, in my head they were all going to be included here. Where will Beto's fee appear?...

How the fuck are we selling every bit of talent and still losing 89 million?
