Re: Today's Football 2023-24
Good, although a big defeat would have been better.

Re: Jags - Retired
What a great player he was for us and all round decent person. Considering he'd had an ACL injury in the past it's a sign of how well he looked after himself that he still managed 26 starts last season for Stoke at the age of 40. Deserved to win a trophy or two like many players we had back in his d...

Re: Today's Football 2023-24
Celtic/Rangers should give another Scottish club a go at the CL next season. When was the last time either made it out the group stages? 2012/13 for Celtic, 15 games since they last won in the CL. 2005/06 for Rangers, Rangers have won one of their last 23 games, Naismith with the winner back in 201...

Seven behind Bournemouth in 16th as well. Table doesn't look great at the moment but there's still a long way to go and the form we were in would suggest we'll still close the gap but we can't afford any of them going a reasonable run.

Re: Today's Football 2023-24
Bit of a disappointing set of results from our point of view with Fulham, Bournemouth and Luton winning, can't afford to lose to Forest at the weekend. Burnley play Sheffield Utd at the weekend too so there's a good chance one of them gets three points.

Re: Ashley "not so" Young
I'd rather see Patterson have a game like that and use it to learn from than Young continually fucking up despite about a billion top flight games and being 38 years old.

Bournemouth 8 ahead of us now isn't great, we don't want that gap getting any bigger.

West Ham ahead now, a Palace equaliser would be a fairly handy day for us.

Having said that, they've just equalised at home to Sheff Wed. Even though, one point so far and 18th in the league is still a disaster.

What a disaster Rooney has been at Birmingham. Honestly, Brady and his mates deserve relegation for going hunting a big name with no real record as a manager.

Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
Always thought a mid season move would be difficult to do, I'd be happy if we see another full season at Goodison then start the new season at BMD. Looking forward to it, I'm not going to let the current situation get in the way of it, I'll miss Goodison but some of the latest video with seats in pl...
