Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock

Apparently the proposed museum at the new stadium has been scrapped. It was supposed to house the David French collection. Shame, I’d have loved to see it.

Re: Financial Fairplay Investigation - Charged again

It said somewhere in the conclusion that essentially, clubs won’t get deducted more than the 9 points they’d get for administration.

Been mooted that PSR rules are getting revised this summer, so assumed this aspect will be looked at.

Cozzie wrote: Mon Feb 26, 2024 1:19 pm So I'd assume, going forward now. The penalty is 6 points for breaching.

So if us and forest get 6 for the next bout we should be OK.
How will we be ok?

Re: Beto

It was a great run and he’d done the hard part by shrugging off the defender. He’d given him some room for the shot but his lack of composure was the disappointing thing. He gets his shot on target and at least get a corner, that’s another 90 seconds off the clock. Him spooning it into the stand mea...

Re: Relegation

Eddie Howe is getting loads of stick from Newcastle fans for persisting with Dan Burn at LB, over Lewis Hall or Tino Livromento. And they moan about his subs.

Most of the issues fans have their manager’s are cut and paste jobs, across the league.

Re: Relegation

I'm sure if Patterson was actually showing good ability he'd be playing him. Not sure why people are trying to dress up Patterson as the second coming of Cafu being ruined by a stubborn manager. He's working with what he's got, and Patterson's shown nothing to warrant being in the team. Some people...

Re: Dyche

If you think Dyche is holding this team back from being 7th or 8th, then I don’t know what to say to you. Our attaching and creative options are putrid, it’s as simple as that. Yes, we could have a go at teams more and get the fullbacks to bomb on etc, but then we’d leave ourselves open and we would...

Re: General Transfer Thread

So, Dan Ashworth to Utd. You can say it’s hard to turn down Utd, but it’s telling in regards to Newcastle’s hitting a glass ceiling, imo. He’s done all he can really do there - which is mad considering their wealth. Another PSR casualty.

Another game with City playing a team in survival mode. Doesn’t interest me in the least, tbh. I’ll put a Championship on.

Not a doubt in my mind they chalk off that goal if it was Everton.
