Re: James Garner
Yeah I agree. I love meat and potatoes in all forms tbh. I think mash will always be king for me, and roast is queen, occasionally usurped by chips. Same. I don't bring the same negative connotations to meat and potatoes that maybe Andy does. It's absolutely a staple, and you need it through these ...

Re: James Garner
I'd say meat and potatoes is more derogatory than someone who is dependable tbh. There's a difference between dependable and bog standard... BUT it's probably a fine line and I guess that's where interpretation comes in. When you add in the 'do you think Dyche allows players to have a ball during g...

Re: James Garner
Nah it's the wording of stuff mate, it's nothing to do with jumping in to negate anything... I have zero issue with someone saying he's had a bad game or whatever, but it's the way you shoe horn in meat and potatoes in at the first opportunity, or other such phrases regarding Dyche or a player you'...

Re: James Garner
You called him a meat and potatoes player who wouldn't look out of place in a 70s mud bath... I'd say that was picking on him 😂 Nah, that's not picking on him mate. I can show you picking on him if you'd like? Also that was after a dreadful performance from him last week, rather than his much impro...

Re: James Garner
I think it's bizarre that people are picking on him when there are at least 3-4 other positions that are a higher priority based on this seasons performances. I don't rate any of our right back options, and still think Coleman is probably the best choice. We have 0 depth at left back. We have a ser...

Everton v Newcastle, Thursday 7th December - 7:30pm (on Amazon Prime)
What are we saying here then?
Any semblance of a chance? About time we put a rousing home performance in, and picked up a win?
DCL should be back, apparently Onana's still unlikely to be available.
Hopefully Newcastle will come at us, and that might play into our hands tactically.

Re: Today's Football 2023-24
I just think whatever style or system you use, if you've got Emerson Royale and Ben Davies in your defence, City are going to crucify you.
