Re: Arsenal v Everton

No idea how you see that in slow-mo with Jesus leaning in to the ball and don’t give the offside

Yeah, seems much happier battling for scraps vs actually have the ball in good positions on the break

If Olise/Eze don’t get plucked away then their momentum going into next season will be an interesting watch

I was just thinking - after DCL taking the first one it’s some real end of the season “whoever makes it takes it” type energy [emoji23]

Re: Summer Transfer Window Discussion

We don't have any money and seemed to play Doucoure almost alongside DCL for parts of the season... Wouldn't be against him being a rotation option for Duke if we can't shift him. Let's face it we had zero depth there and couldn't find any way to play without Duke, so may as well go for the Wood / ...

Re: General Transfer Thread

Gordon has become a good player but it doesn't feel like he has another level to go to, he's pretty much at his ceiling imo. 20 goal contributions is really good don't get me wrong, but he lacks the extra burst of pace or trickery to really go on to be a £100m player. Reminds me of the level Bowen ...

Re: General Transfer Thread

ESPN say £100m for the barcodes to consider selling him. He hasn't really improved beyond what was expected, and being in a better performing team, we've sold on the cheap again. It's really hampering us in so many ways, the poor financial situation the club is in. £40m for Gordon was an amazing de...

Re: Amadou Onana

If we were a possession based side he'd see more of the ball, I'm not disputing that... But having more of the ball doesn't mean he'd take more responsibility to actually influence the game. He receives the ball often enough in this team to show he's very comfortable receiving the ball from the CBs...

Re: 777 Partners Takeover

I thought that but someone corrected me on here and I googled it to check... Someone else buys the debt and we still pay. I think the only difference is maybe 777 sell the debt for less than it's worth, but I'd imagine that wouldn't actually change how much we owed. It doesn’t change it but it’s li...

Re: Amadou Onana

Think the 'it's all Dyche's / the tactics fault' is a pretty lazy shout tbh (risky using lazy I know [emoji28]). He could impose himself on the game a whole lot more and that's on him and no one else. Now that might be attitude, it might be experience, who knows... but the system and manager aren't...
