Re: Dominic Calvert-Lewin

He shouldn't have scored them. He could have scored them, or could have tested the keeper more, but expecting him to score one or both isn't realistic. Haaland doesn't score every chance he gets, not even every good chance he gets. The difference is he gets 5 or 6 really good chances every game, an...

Re: Ashley "not so" Young

Yeah when he tried to dribble down the wing and beat a man I thought I was watching a slow mo replay. He's beyond finished, take him out back and put him and us out of our collective misery please! Yeah i've had no looks on him since he came here, but last night he was the absolute pits. As far as ...

Re: Dominic Calvert-Lewin

They aren't 'on him'. He's out of form and the chances aren't easy... It's a mix. Yes he missed a one on one a few games back, that's about the only one I can remember lately that was 'on him'. He should have scored with one of the headers last night if not both. The one in the 1st half which i thi...

Him and Gomes the 2 that are earning north of 100K and thankfully both will be gone next season.

Re: Ashley "not so" Young

I haven't minded him this season after a poor start. Last night though it seemed like what pace he did have he'd lost overnight. The chronic lack of pace throughout our team is a massive problem Last night he looked exactly what he is, a washed out old has been with absolutely nothing to offer the ...

Re: James Garner

I think there’s a really good right back in garner. If he wants to be a centre mid at this level he has to do a lot more with the ball. Just simple things like take the touch, move it forward and get into space seems so difficult for him. Why do we always seem to have midfielders like this? He has ...

Re: Dyche

Same. Unforgivable. Mumbling some dross about it being difficult to play against a team with a new manager. You literally couldn't have played a more vulnerable team with their injuries, in between managers and dreadful form. Yeah never a better time to play palace than tonight, bang out of form, a...

Re: Today's Football 2023-24

AAAGHHHH why didn't i just follow my gut ffs. On a saturday i always do 2 accas at the bookies. The 1st one i pick 7 teams i just fancy, then the 2nd i look for teams that could win at decent prices. So today for my 2nd one i pick birmingham, coventry, cheltenham, doncaster and all but put wolves in...

Re: Today's Football 2023-24

Probably pull themselves level within 15 mins of the restart, have 10 mins on the front foot then go back to being outplayed but wolves miss loads of chances, then score the winner in injury and everybody goes nuts about ange ball. Just like last week, and many other weeks over the years. Ha ha wol...
