Re: James Garner
He sounds amazing! In reality I don't think he is better than Gana on the ball. Gana is more progressive and more accurate, even at long balls. Doesn't feel like he should be does it, but he is. Garner has more key passes per 90 and shot creating actions which is brilliant, but he does take set pie...

Re: James Garner
I mean, there's no need to get defensive over people criticising his performances and/or ability as a footballer. I doubt he's an avid reader of NSNO and this seems to be one of the few Everton places on the internet that doesn't think he's the next best thing anyway. I think it would be more disin...

Re: Dwight McNeil
Felt like it was the first game this season where he's gone on mazy dribbles which he did loads in the second half of last season... Given how good he is at them it's probably telling that he's not been doing them much in previous games. Definitely playing catch up and Forest was the first game it l...

Re: James Garner
I'd say meat and potatoes is more derogatory than someone who is dependable tbh. There's a difference between dependable and bog standard... BUT it's probably a fine line and I guess that's where interpretation comes in. When you add in the 'do you think Dyche allows players to have a ball during g...

Re: James Garner
Nah it's the wording of stuff mate, it's nothing to do with jumping in to negate anything... I have zero issue with someone saying he's had a bad game or whatever, but it's the way you shoe horn in meat and potatoes in at the first opportunity, or other such phrases regarding Dyche or a player you'...

Re: James Garner
Nah, that's not picking on him mate. I can show you picking on him if you'd like? Also that was after a dreadful performance from him last week, rather than his much improved display this week, so it was entirely relevant. Maybe not picking on him but also not very balanced, feels a lot like people...

Re: James Garner
You called him a meat and potatoes player who wouldn't look out of place in a 70s mud bath... I'd say that was picking on him 😂 Nah, that's not picking on him mate. Re: James Garner
I think it's bizarre that people are picking on him when there are at least 3-4 other positions that are a higher priority based on this seasons performances. I don't rate any of our right back options, and still think Coleman is probably the best choice. We have 0 depth at left back. We have a ser...

They're hard to break down, as are we... So it'll probably come down to a moment of quality that wins it on either side.
They have a whole lot more quality so I'd be delighted to come away with a point.

Missed the first 20 mins and missed 2 goals, missed the last 10 and not only missed another 2 goals but a hugely controversial moment

Re: Financial Fairplay Investigation - Deducted 10 points
The more I think about this the more it seems insane. We have rules there ‘to protect clubs from getting into financial difficulty that could affect the club’ What do you do if someone breaches those rules? We punish them into financial difficulty that affects the club. This is a bit like making a ...

Re: James Garner
Don't see why people need to say 'he's crap' the day after a man of the match performance... It's fine if you don't rate him, but when it's posted after a good performance it's a proper boo boy mentality.
Played well yesterday, deserves credit.

Re: Beto
He's a battering ram, if you get him firing he'll be an absolute handful, but he'll still do frustrating things... He's not blessed with great technical ability, so he'll quite easily look both a menace and like an amateur in the same game. Issue right now is his touch is poor and his movement is t...
