Yes , we've admitted guilt, just appealing the harshness of the sentence, personally I think they will dig their heels in and refuse a reduction.

I think it'll get overturned. There wasn't a sanction process in place, they made it up mid-investigation. Honestly don’t think there’s a hope in hell that we will get a reduction, why would they ? The PL have an agenda and it doesn’t include giving Everton a break.
