Re: Today's Football 2025-26

Delighted for Iliman and Idrissa. One of the best football weekends I can remember since winning the FA cup thirty years ago. We beat the brain donors away, the AfCon result and yesterday me and little un went to watch Sporting Khalsa who beat Trafford five nil with winger Chay Tilt scoring four. Ye...

Re: Aston Villa v Everton (The CannockPricey Derby)

So many deserve praise today but the benefit of having JOB at centre half instead of right back is massive. He's a centre half all day long.

Going to have to turn off the camera function on this phone. Didn't realise NSNO had access.

Anyone know if you can still hire those aeroplanes that can trail message banners behind them?

Just seen Tim injured so if in time, will change my first scorer to Armstrong.

Closing my eyes to the starting xi and realism and sticking with a 2-0 win.

Wasn’t sure where to post this but, Dion Dublin showing he has his finger on the pulse of modern football. This in a BBC article asking will an English manager ever win the Prem… Dublin added: "I think Frank Lampard is at the top of the list along with Sean Dyche at the moment. Whether they're...

Re: Aston Villa v Everton (The CannockPricey Derby)

I am severely fearful of this so I am looking at decommissioned nuclear bunkers to rent for a few days, Sunday night down till about Thursday. With our strongest xi I genuinely think we'd have a decent chance but without so many key players, I can't be optimistic. An ill tempered nil nil with some b...

Re: VAR and is there a way to fix it?

Re: Patterson Future

I see more or less the same positives and same weaknesses in his game as when he arrived and four years later and now 24, that shouldn't be. Maybe a change of scenery sparks him but I think his race is run here.
