NSNO's poll, how do you think Everton will do against the Baggies?

Corriere dello Sport is reporting that Juventus midfielder, and flop, Tiago, has rejected a move to Everton, citing a move to Spain as his preferred choice.

Tiago failed to impress in his last spell in England, and it is reported that he is unwilling to try again in the Premier League despite Juventus being keen to get rid of him.

The Liverpool Echo is reporting that talks to bring Alan Smith to Goodison Park are still ongoing.

Talks were believed to have broken down after Kevin Keegan asserted that the player was not leaving, but the Echo claims that along with discussions with Stephane M'Bia and Joao Moutinho, the Blues are still in with a chance of bringing Smith to the club.

Former next-big-thing at Everton, Michael Branch, is set to leave these shores and start a career in football coaching in a land down under.

A lifelong Evertonian, Branch was capped by England at schoolboy, youth, and Under 21 level, captaining many of the national sides he played for before making his debut against Manchester United in February 1996.

He went on to score 3 goals before being sold to Wolves in November 1999 after failing to make the impression he promised in his early years.

After gaining his FA coaching badges, Branch is off to try his hand in Australia....discuss this on the forums
