NSNO's poll, how do you think Everton will do against the Baggies?

Corriere dello Sport is reporting that Juventus midfielder, and flop, Tiago, has rejected a move to Everton, citing a move to Spain as his preferred choice.

Tiago failed to impress in his last spell in England, and it is reported that he is unwilling to try again in the Premier League despite Juventus being keen to get rid of him.

The Liverpool Echo is reporting that talks to bring Alan Smith to Goodison Park are still ongoing.

Talks were believed to have broken down after Kevin Keegan asserted that the player was not leaving, but the Echo claims that along with discussions with Stephane M'Bia and Joao Moutinho, the Blues are still in with a chance of bringing Smith to the club.

Tony Hibbert must be the only one at Finch Farm this week, as yet more of his interview with EvertonTV is transcribed for those not impatient enough to subscribe, and apparently he and the rest of the squad are in the dark about who might be signing this summer.

“We don’t know who’s coming in," he said. "We just play football and we don’t know about anything transfer wise – so we have to find out the same way as everyone else and that’s through the papers.

“I always get everyone I know asking who we’re getting, but we really don’t know, it’s just the papers or until we actually see them at the training ground.” ...discuss this in our forum...
